Web (agent tools)

Module id: web · No settings, no routes, no crons — the manifest contributes two agent tools only.

Purpose

Gives the agent two live read capabilities — fetch a URL and search the web — folded into the planner via the manifest.

Tools

Tool	What it does
fetch_url	Fetches one page, returns readable text (title + chrome-stripped body, truncated to 12,000 chars). SSRF-guarded by core/services/url-guard.js (assertPublicHttpUrl) on the requested URL AND on any redirect's final URL; http/https only, private addresses refused; non-HTML returns a note. Capped 12 calls/turn
web_search	Live Google organic results (rank/title/url/domain/snippet) + related searches via DataForSEO SERP, localized to the workspace market (or a language override). ~$0.05/call, capped 5 calls/turn, per-workspace 30s tick limiter
